What is your previous experience as a staff member?:This would be my first time
Why should we accept you as a staff member? What can you bring to the community?(100+):The way I see it, being staff was an amazing experience. A good staff member should be someone who speaks their own mind, someone who you (a player OR staff) can trust to handle your situation, someone who's attitude is great, most important of all someone who is themselves when they handle your situation. I used to love when players looked up to me for help and questions when I was staff. I remember all the fun it was and all the hard work I put into it. Staff don't get paid but hey, when you first apply for Helper it's something you just have to look at and say "yeah I want to help the server and I don't care if I get paid or not I just want to be staff" I really disliked it when players were rude, toxic (yeah call me a hypocrite right lmfao) being staff is like a journey: you go a long way, meet new people, make new friends and then some enemies. Point is you have fun, a wise man once said "this staff team is in fact a team" which is true, meaning you can communicate with each other and you overall just have a great time. If I were a new younger player I wouldn't care how perfect staff is or who's admin or who's super or whatnot but I would care if I had fun or not determining if I should stay. I feel as if nowadays it's nothing but sucking up and trying to be better than one another just for that very reason: wanting a promotion which is part of the reason I left. As a staff member people look up to you, people admire you, people WANT to be you. So embrace it, be thankful for what you already have and use it the proper way. Be the person who you want to be and not the lonely little suck up who no one likes and who everyone hates. As a player you don't really see what's going on with each individual staff member but trust me, no one is perfect. Call me stupid call me an idiotic 15 yeah old cus' guess what? I don't give 2 craps. Speak your mind and if you put yourself to the task you can achieve it.
How long have you been role-playing?:For a year and a half
Why have you decided to apply to Mean Streets Networks?(70+): I tend to be a bit strict on the rules when it comes to being in a position of power, but I know not to be too strict to the point of being unwelcoming. Also, Iām based in the US EST, but I can be on pretty much any hour of the day. I have an extremely flexible schedule, so almost no time is a bad time if I was to be needed. I also think I would bring a lot of things to the table I want to bring in a non biased image to the server to give it a positive outlook.
Explain what it means to be a staff member?(50 Words): What it means to be staff is to show you care about the players and your fellow staff. It also means to show a positive outlook and be patient to whatever happens to you and stay calm and be professional. No matter the situation note that you are a staff member act like it.
Anything else we should know or would want to know?:I am positive and mature I also bring a positive outlook to the staff team or I would
Have you read the rules of the server?: Yes
Are you aware that you have to respect and listen to staff members with a higher rank?:Yes
Do you know how to behave and treat the members of the community?:Yes
Will you stay fair and unbiased?:Yes
Do you have a mic?:Yes
