What can you bring to the community?(100+): By joining the team I bring lots of experience with lots of knowledge on how to run a server and how to operate one. I have many hours on GMOD and have spent most of them playing SWRP and other RP servers. I'm very friendly and straight forward with everyone. I don't like to treat people different no matter who they are. To be an admin or any staff position requires you to be neutral with everyone. I bring professionalism when it comes to dealing with support tickets and giving an answer. I always like to make sure each party understands what is happening and that everyone is on the same page. I am very detail oriented and can work either by myself or working with a team. By joining the team I would bring a lot of positive attributes .Also i can add many things to the staff team, such as my past experience, how active I am, and how efficient I am at taking sits.I have been staff on many servers so I know the things that people tend to do. I know all of the commands needed for being staff. I am online everyday for around 2-6 hours, I am able to help people early in day because I am on a different time zone then the server is. 12-3pm there are sometimes 0 staff online so I would be there to help. I hate it when I see people who are breaking the rules and I can't do anything about it. Being this active means I can achieve a higher sit count which then leads to more people being punished for breaking the rules. Since I have been staff a number of times on multiple communities I am very good at handling peoples problems. A lot of times it's just a basic rule that they broke and I handle it, but sometimes its more complicated and it will take a little longer to deal with but I always finish the sit with the problem sorted out. I know the rules so if someone has a question about one of the rules I will be able to help them very quick. [/b] [b]How long have you been role-playing?: I have RP'ed on many communities since i was 11 when I got my first computer and bought Gmod.[/b] [b]Why have you decided to apply to Mean Streets Networks?(70+): Because I recently started playing mean streets 1970's RP over my two week bank holiday from school and I would say i have spent at least 20% of my time on the server and through my playtime I have only ran into two good staff which is extremely annoying providing the current servers state, however seeing this has allowed to to strive to become a member off the staff team to attempt to improve the server and its vulnerability to minges and abusive staff.[/b] [b]Explain what[/b] [b]it means to be a staff member?(50 Words): Being a staff member is a trust of permissions given to people that state they wish to help the community by managing the player base and the server its self, by dealing with abusive rule breakers and server bugs. However as a staff member you strive to help the player base as well meaning that you must have extensive knowledge over the communities to answer questions and help out.
